The most common cause of the Moki Reader becoming unresponsive is that the computer that it is connected to has gone to sleep and disable the USB ports. This is pretty rare can can happen from time to time.


Restart the Moki App


An easy way to fix this issue and wake the Reader is to simply restart the Moki App by closing it completely and re-launching from your desktop.


Restart your Computer


Try restarting your computer with the Moki Reader connected and then re-launch the Moki App.
