If you are experiencing a problem with multiple Bands it may be a Moki Reader issue. If the problem is connected with only one Moki Band then read on.
The most common reason for performance issues with a Moki Band is a low battery. If the Band is still responding to the reader check the battery level of the band as follows:
1. Go to SETTINGS & HELP
2. Select READ BAND BATTERY LEVELS from the list of options
3. Tap the Band on the Reader
4. The battery level will be displayed
If the Band is showing less than 25% battery life then the low power output can be the cause of the issue so try replacing the battery. If the problem persists with a new battery installed or if the battery level is above 25% there may be a hardware fault so please contact us.
